Welded assemblies are found in machine frames, supporting structures, brackets, containers and load-bearing constructions. In mechanical and plant engineering they often form the base structure onto which drives, guides and control technology are later mounted.
We build them for our own systems and equally as standalone contract work. Whether the assembly ends up in a Tomasic machine or is processed further at your site makes no difference to the manufacturing.
We most frequently work with MAG welding and TIG welding. Stick welding is added where the component situation calls for it.
We process structural steel as well as stainless steel. Which process and which material make sense for your component depends on wall thickness, load and the requirements placed on the weld seam. We clarify this before preparing the quote.

Behind the certification are audited requirements for welding supervision, welder qualification and factory production control. If you are outsourcing load-bearing components, we can supply you with this documentation.
We have been building special-purpose machines since 1994 and manufacture the steel and stainless-steel structures they require in-house. From this work we know the tolerances an assembly has to meet to fit into a machine later on.
What we do not handle ourselves is finishing: surface treatment and galvanising run through specialised partner companies.
